Swift Temps are working with our North Wales client, seeking an ambitious, experienced Operations person to take ownership of production, procurement, compliance, and site delivery. A hands-on role, if you are someone who understands manufacturing, not a desk-only role.
Job Role
- Drive continuous improvement, including 5S implementation and maintenance
- Identify and remove waste and inefficiency in production workflows
- Program manufacturing machines using relevant software
- Maximise material yield and minimise wastage
- Track WIP
- Ensure all stock is booked in/out
- Accuracy of stock reporting
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Lead ISO accreditation audits
- Maintain accurate audit ready compliance files
