We are recruiting for a well-established organisation within the education services sector, who are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Customer Relations Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with proven sales experience, who thrives on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing new business, producing quotes, and ensuring exceptional customer service across the board.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making daily outbound cold calls to generate new business
- Contacting potential customers via phone and email
- Building strong relationships with existing clients
- Gathering key information to prepare accurate quotes
- Producing quotes using the online system & following up to convert into sales (full training provided)
- Calling existing customers for renewal quotes
- Discussing policy details and making amendments where needed
- Meeting daily KPIs and sales targets
- Handling daily paperwork and general office duties
- Using the MPACS online system (training provided)
- Planning and managing your own workload effectively
- Account Managing renewals
