Swift Temps Ltd – Bradford Team are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our client’s team.

About the Role

We are looking for a fully competent sheet metal worker and welder/fabricator who can work both in the workshop and on-site as required. You should be able to:

  • Work with a full range of metals
  • Operate machine tools including welding, bending, and cutting equipment
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a small team
  • Communicate effectively in customer-facing situations

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture components from engineering drawings or verbal instructions
  • Fabricate and weld specialist and bespoke items
  • Use a full range of workshop equipment
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding of mild and stainless steel to a good standard
  • Install completed items on customer premises

Essential Skills

  • MIG and TIG welding experience
  • Fully competent in sheet metal work
  • Strong fabrication skills

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
