Welding Team Supervisor Location: Stratford upon Avon, CV37 Pay Rate: Negotiable, 30k+ Job Type: Full-time | Ongoing | Temp to Perm Working Hours - AM shift The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welding Supervisor to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Stratford upon Avon area. The role is to oversee daily production schedules, ensure all welds meet compliance and quality standards, manage resources and consumables, and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols across the shop floor. This is a full-time ongoing position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.
