Warehouse Order Picker – Permanent Position
Location: Morley | Pay: £12.21 per hour
SWIFT Temps Ltd – Industrial Recruitment Division is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Order Picker to join a busy team based in Morley. This is a full-time, permanent role offering stability.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders
- Operate scanners and maintain stock accuracy
- Work safely in a busy warehouse environment
- Lift and move heavy items when required
- Ensure all items picked meet quality and accuracy standards
- Follow company processes and health & safety procedures
Skills & Requirements
- Previous warehouse/order picking experience preferred
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
- 40 hours per week
Pay & Benefits
- £12.21 per hour (PAYE)
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours
- Holiday pay accrued in addition to hourly rate
- Permanent position with long-term security
