Job description
Swift Temps Ltd are currently recruiting for Parcel Sorter to join our client based in Selby, North Yorkshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced warehousing environment.
- IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE
- Shift & Pay
PAY RATE: £13.73per hour Working Pattern: Shift Start times: 9:30 PM or 10 PM till finish (30 min break is unpaid), 37.5 hours
- What you will be doing
- Sorting parcels to ensure they are correctly organised for dispatch
- Labelling, moving cages, recording incoming parcels
- Placing sorted parcels into cages, preparing them for timely dispatch to their respective destinations.
- Keeping the sorting area clean and organised to ensure smooth operations and safety.
- Following all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
- Flexibility to work a 5-day week including weekends.
- Good awareness of health and safety practices.
- Own safety boots and PPE required.
- Must be able to work full time
