Swift Temps are currently recruiting for a skilled Administrator to join a busy vehicle workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with customer service skills to work within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday β 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: Β£13 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting orders from reception and dealing with customers in person
- Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries
- Inputting and maintaining accurate data in company systems
- Using Microsoft Excel and other software to manage records, reports, and spreadsheets
- Supporting workshop operations with general administrative tasks
- Working efficiently and professionally in a busy environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident telephone and face-to-face communication skills
- Experience working in a vehicle workshop or similar environment is desirable
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
