Swift Temps Ltd is recruiting for a hands-on, safety-conscious Machine Shop Chargehand for our client based in Bradford to support Night Shift operation. Working closely with the Night Shift Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective running of our production floor. This is a dual-responsibility role combining practical leadership with active production support. You will supervise operators, allocate tasks, maintain production flow, and step in to assist with operations and machine setups when required. Department features purpose-built drilling/tapping machines, purpose-built assembly equipment, and hand assembly stations.
