We are seeking a dedicated Loader to join our engineering and reinforcement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading of metal products.
Duties of a Loader:
- Load and unload goods using appropriate materials handling equipment.
- Utilise platforms for inventory control and process optimisation.
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and safety.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all handling activities.
Skills:
- Proven experience in an engineering business.
- Happy to work in ALL weather conditions.
- Happy to commute to Rugby - will need own transport due to site's location.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Flexibility in terms of working hours (overtime).
