Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Loader/ FLT Counterbalance driver to join our engineering and reinforcement team to work in a Yard The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading of metal products 12.71 - 13.00p/h TEMPT TO PERM!
Duties * Load and unload goods using appropriate materials handling equipment. * Operate FLT Counterbalance vehicle as and when required- PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A FULL FLT POSITION. * Taking out and placing stock away in the correct locations. * Loading up and unloading HGV vehicles to go out for deliveries. * Utilise platforms for inventory control and process optimisation. * Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and safety. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all handling activities.
Skills * Proven experience in an engineering business. * Hold a valid accredited FLT Counterbalance licence ( please note in house will not be accepted). * Happy to work in ALL weather conditions. * Happy to commute to Rugby- will need own transport due to sites location. * A positive can do attitude. * Flexibility in terms of working hours ( overtime).
