We are looking for a HGV Class 1 shunter to work on site of our Bristol based client. Work is ongoing, Monday until Friday on nights starting 22:30 and finishing approximately at 07:00 with 45 minutes unpaid break and minimum of 8 hours paid per shift. This will be working with a lorry rather than a tug vehicle, previous shunting experience is desirable.
Work is paid £19.08 per hour basic and any hours over 40 per week are paid with overtime rate of £27.26. This is PAYE work so holiday will be accrued on top of this.
Our ideal driver:
- Will have at least 12 months of holding their CE licence, ideally more
- Will have previous shunting experience
- Will have no more than 6 points on full UK licence
