FLT Counterbalance/ Van Driver Location: Leeds, LS7 Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:00 - 16:00

Swift Temps Ltd Industrial Recruitment Division is currently recruiting for a FLT Counterbalance/ Van Driver to join a busy food production and warehouse operation in Leeds (LS7).

This is a varied and hands-on role combining warehouse duties, forklift work and delivery driving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working within a chilled warehouse environment
  • Operating a Counterbalance FLT
  • Picking, checking, and packing products
  • Preparing and labelling goods for dispatch
  • Moving stock safely around the warehouse
  • Driving company van to deliver goods
  • Supporting general warehouse and operational duties across the business
  • Using the computer to general labels and logging information

Skills and Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • FLT Counterbalance licence
  • Basic computer skills, including booking in deliveries, completing goods-in spreadsheets in Excel, and printing worksheets and labels
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team
