Working hours: 37.5 hours per week - 12pm to 8pm (with potential to have it set in the future as alternating weeks of morning shifts (8am - 4pm) and afternoon shifts (12 pm - 8pm))
Swift Temps Ltd Industrial Recruitment Division is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/ Delivery Driver to join a busy food production and warehouse operation in Leeds (LS7). This is a varied and hands-on role combining warehouse duties, forklift work and delivery driving.
Key responsibilities:
- Working within a chilled warehouse environment
- FLT Counterbalance Driver RTITB/ ITSAR License required
- Picking, checking and packing products
- Preparing and labelling goods for despatch
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT when required
- Driving company van to deliver goods when required
- Supporting general warehouse and operation duties across the business
- Using the computer to generate labels and logging information
Skills and requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- FLT Counterbalance licence (expired licences will be considered if you have relevant experience - refresher training can be provided)
- Basic computer skills, including booking in deliveries, completing goods-in spreadsheets in Excel, printing worksheets and labels
- Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team
