We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Stock Controller to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing inventory, optimising warehouse operations, and supporting supply chain processes to ensure seamless product flow.
Hours: 12:00-20:30 Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Organise and maintain stock levels through efficient stocking and replenishment practices.
- Deal with any incoming/outgoing telephone calls and emails politely and confidently, using own initiative to solve any problems that may arise.
- Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory movements.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including heavy lifting and materials handling.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of goods.
- Use data visualisation techniques for reporting on stock levels.
- Operate forklift equipment safely when required for materials movement within the warehouse or distribution centre.
Skills:
- MUST have stock control experience to be considered for this role.
- Experience working within a Warehouse Environment.
- PC literate including use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint).
- MHE CB & Reach licence is desirable but will be trained if not.
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
