We're currently recruiting for an experienced Stock Controller to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong inventory control experience looking for long-term, stable work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels
- Carrying out regular stock counts and cycle counts
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Updating warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Liaising with warehouse and operational teams to ensure stock accuracy
- Monitoring stock movements and reporting any issues
- Supporting continuous improvement within stock control processes
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Stock Controller or Inventory Controller role
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and stock management procedures
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
