You’ll work with a range of components and assemblies, using CNC turning machinery to produce high-quality, precision parts. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Turner looking for a long-term role with opportunities for development and overtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set and operate CNC lathes
- Use CNC tooling and precision measurement equipment
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
- Handle and protect manufactured components, fabricated parts and assemblies
- Identify and resolve machining and production issues
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Support continual improvement and changing production requirements
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Previous experience working as a CNC Turner
- Strong CNC machinery and tooling skills
- Experience using precision measurement equipment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
