Chilled Warehouse Operative

Our well established client is seeking reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join their Chilled Warehouse Team. As a member of the Chilled Warehouse Team, you will play an important part in the distribution chain. Linking production to haulage to ensure accurate preparation of customer orders in a timely manner. This is a hands-on and physically active role working in a temperature controlled environment with temperatures between 2-6 Celcius. PPT or LLOP Licenses preferred but not essential as full training willl be given for the right candidates. Main Duties; * Accurate picking and stock rotation of customer orders * Stock replenishment * Maintaining a safe and clean working environment * Loading and securing orders on delivery vehicles * Complying with food hygiene regulations. About You; * Positive attitude * Strong attention to detail * Excellent communication skills * Prior warehouse or food production experience preferred but not essential * Proactive * Able to work under pressure Summary Days worked: Monday – Saturday Hours: Minimum of 37.5 hours per week (five shifts on a rota basis) Shift Times: (Apply online only), (Apply online only); Saturdays one shift (Apply online only) with flexibility to stay longer on shift if required. Overtime: Overtime pay after 40 hours at 1.25 x standard pay Important Notes * This role requires manual handling and adherence to strict hygiene standards. * Due to food hygiene regulations only one solid wedding band is permitted.
