Swift Temps Ltd Bradford Team are seeking a skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our client on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG welding, working with thin plate stainless steel, and the ability to fabricate components from technical drawings and experience using a press brake.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a Skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator Stainless Steel
- Read and interpret engineering/CAD drawings to manufacture components accurately
- Perform TIG welding (stainless steel)
- Operate press brakes and other manual fabrication tools
- Fabricate components with precision according to specifications
- Grind, polish, and finish components as required
- Inspect all finished products to ensure quality and accuracy before dispatch
- Maintain machinery and report any faults promptly
- Adhere strictly to Health & Safety standards and correct use of PPE
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 1:30pm
39 hours per week
Pay & Benefits:
£14.50 - £16.00 per hour (PAYE)
Temp-to-perm role with opportunity for permanent employment
Accrued holiday pay on top of hourly rate
