The successful candidate will lead a team of warehouse staff, coordinate logistics activities, and implement process improvements to optimize workflow. This role is vital in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring safety standards, and supporting the overall supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse experience, comprehensive understanding of logistics systems and will hold a valid FLT licence. Key Responsibilities * Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and allocate daily workloads to warehouse personnel across rotating shifts. * Operational Control: Oversee daily shift activity to ensure seamless handovers and consistent productivity. * Performance Metrics: Monitor and drive performance to hit strict customer service levels and internal KPIs. * Health & Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company health and safety standards. * Inventory & Systems: Utilize PC applications and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory accuracy.
