Key Responsibilities
- Support product planning, documentation and coordination – putting to practice practical product management methodologies.
- Support in coordinating the new feature launches and market initiatives across stakeholders.
- Product Marketing & Collateral Management Create and maintain product collateral, messaging and value propositions.
- Ensure product information is accurate, consistent and accessible.
- Product Strategy and Market Analysis Analyse market, customer and product data to identify adoption opportunities.
- Deliver insights and reporting to inform product decisions – for example managing KPI monitoring.
- Support engagement and analysis to inform the future strategy and evolution of Swift’s Standards approach.
