Role Overview
The Risk Reporting Lead is responsible for designing, maintaining, and operating processes that deliver complete, accurate, and timely data and reporting, continuously improving these processes.
The role produces actionable risk‑driven reporting and insights aligned to the ERMPolicy, prepares Board and Executive Committee reports and other internal reporting, and satisfies stakeholder expectations for timely, accurate, and consistent delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare data‑driven reports for the Risk Department and first line (monthly, quarterly, etc.) using templates and reporting methodology; identify key messages and craft clear data and supporting narrative.
- Create drafts of risk reports that support business decisions at Board, Executive, and Senior Manager levels; ensure all shared data is labeled and shared according to policy.
- Coordinate with colleagues to extract data promptly, including inputs from other business areas when needed.
- Challenge and collate submitted data, analyze it, and provide insights that guide recipients.
- Integrate internal data with external drivers to position potential impacts, delivering a holistic risk reporting view.
- Prepare presentations to support discussions of reports, such as during committee meetings.
- Identify and escalati material issues that arise during reporting and lead continuous improvement of Risk Reporting processes.
- Oversee end‑to‑end reporting cycles for Risk Department activities, including Chief Risk Officer Reporting and Extreme Scenarios, in alignment with ERM Policy.
- Implement new reporting methodology as required, collaborating with colleagues.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of key business drivers and strategy.

- Minimum 8years of experience in a similar environment, with at least 4years in reporting and/or data synthesis.
