Project Architect/ Architectural Technologist
We are looking for a Job Runner to work in this well respected Practice. The role will be focused on Industrial and Distribution projects from the early stages of developing ideas with the client to establish brief, preparing feasibility studies and design proposals to the client, producing submitting planning applications, detailed working drawings and working closely with contractors. Required:
- RIBA / ARB
- Demonstrable Job Runner experience and used to dealing with the demands of key clients
- 5+ years experience post qualification
The candidate we seek must have:
- Varied sector experience including Commercial, Logistics and/or Retail
- Experience in producing construction working drawings
- Good working knowledge of current Building Regs and NBS Create
- Good understanding of BIM methodologies and to be Revit proficient
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
