CDM Coordinator/ Principal Designer required to join a rapidly expanding Architectural Practice that is well established and reputable in their market to be based from Wakefield covering sites across the North of the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CDM Advisor/ Principal Designer to join a growing and successful consultancy who have recently taken on new and exciting construction developments which have created further expansions within their team.
An architectural background would be preferred.
Reporting into a member of Senior Management as the CDM Advisor/ Principal Designer your key day to day duties will include but not limit to:
- Collate pre-construction information and identify gaps
- Carry out H&S specific design reviews
- Prepare and issue H&S file on completion
- Maintain good communication with all levels on site
To be considered for the role of CDM Advisor/ Principal Designer you will:
- Hold a degree level in a construction or design based subject
- Hold a H&S qualification either NEBOSH or RMaPS
- Have experience working as a CDM Advisor / Principal Designer
Salary is negotiable depending on your skills and experience.
