The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their design and project management skills and experience in a challenging and fast paced environment.
Your main responsibilities and personal qualities required will include;
Assist with feasibility studies and designs to professional standards to meet target dates
Assist with developing designs through to planning
The ability to manage a demanding workload producing working drawings
Possess a good level of technical ability in all forms of construction alongside experience in Building and Planning regulations and procedures
Work closely with the in-house associated consultants and also external consultants
As a qualified Technologist your skills and qualifications will include;
Degree in Architectural Technology
Preferably be MCIAT qualified, with a minimum ACIAT
3+ years post construction qualification experience desirable
Proficiency in Revit essential
Experience of AutoCad, Sketchup and Photoshop is highly desirable
Competent in other software packages inc Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
