We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate RVN to join our night team on a temporary basis. Swift Referrals is a purpose-built, multidisciplinary referral hospital specialising in orthopaedics, neurology, internal medicine and soft tissue surgery. Our state-of-the-art facilities include MRI, CT, advanced imaging, modern theatres, separate dog and cat wards, and a dedicated ECC and OOH centre with a large ICU. How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Referral Nurse, you will deliver advanced nursing care to complex cases within a referral hospital environment, supporting patients, clients, and clinical teams across a range of disciplines. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to high standards of nursing care, supporting clinical decision-making, and sharing your experience and knowledge with colleagues to continually improve patient outcomes and service delivery. You’ll play a key role in caring for first opinion and referral emergency cases and inpatients. You’ll work closely with emergency clinicians, vets, nurses and ACAs, managing ICU patients and hospitalised referrals while delivering the highest standard of nursing care. You’ll see a wide range of interesting and complex cases, with full support from our experienced team as you settle into the role.
