Job description:
Swift Recruit are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultant to run a large national desk of #removed# drivers. We have developed an industry-leading training plan and best-in-class technology to help you build your career.
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 17:00 pm £50000 – OTE £80,000
Duties will include:
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, resolving queries and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and place professional drivers across a variety of roles (HGV, LGV, van, specialist).
- Ensure all driver compliance checks are carried out in line with UK legislation and company policy.
- Work closely with operations and compliance teams to maintain service delivery and driver availability.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue through effective relationship management.
- Provide regular updates, reporting, and forecasting to senior management.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in driving recruitment/account management (minimum 3-5 years in a senior recruitment role).
- Strong knowledge of UK driver compliance and transport regulations.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Target-driven with strong commercial awareness.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
