Role Overview:

  • General Haulage / Fridge and Tanker work in a HGV 1 vehicle.
  • Ensuring deliveries and collections are completed in a safe and controlled manner.
  • Completing paperwork as required and adhering to all on site health and safety rules.
  • Keeping an accurate record of driving hours / working hours.
  • All other duties may vary depending on client.
  • Average 10 to 12 hours shifts.

Requirements:

  • Full UK HGV 1 Driving Licence.
  • Current CPC and Digital Tacho card.
  • Previous 12 months HGV 1 driving.
  • Held HGV 1 licence for 1 year minimum - preferred.
  • No more than 6 points on licence, and no CD, IN, DD or DR endorsement codes.
  • Knowledge of Driving Hours and WTR.
  • Minimum PPE: Steel toecaps, Hi Vis, Hard hat.
