The Role
You’ll manage a caseload of Land Registry matters, including transfers of equity, adverse possession, first registrations and removal of deceased proprietors. Duties include preparing and submitting applications, completing Land Registry forms (AP1, TR1, AS1, RX1, DJP, FR1, ST5, ID1), liaising with clients, and resolving requisitions with HM Land Registry.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s experience as a conveyancing paralegal (or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Land Registry procedures and forms
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Secure home working setup with reliable internet
- Experience with unregistered land and probate property issues
- Familiarity with the Land Registry portal and digital ID tools
