Swifttemps are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team of Postal delivery workers working for Royal Mail.
What Youll Be Doing You will start your day at the delivery office, where youll load your vehicle with mail and parcels. Youll then drive to your designated area and complete your deliveries on foot. With the help of a handheld device, youll track deliveries, capture customer signatures, and follow the efficient route mapped out for you. This is a physically active role that keeps you fit, focused, and connected to your community. What Were Looking For Were seeking dependable individuals who bring energy, care, and commitment to every doorstep. You will need to have the following in order to complete this job role: A full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points) Confident driving skills with an ability to drive a small van Strong customer service and communication skills Physical fitness: able to lift up to 16kg and walk up to 20,000 steps daily Resilience to work in all weather conditions Self-motivation and the ability to work independently Flexibility to adapt to changing delivery routes Why Join Royal Mail?
