SWIFT Temps Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our valued client in Wetherby for a Class 2 Multi-Drop Driver on a full-time, permanent basis.

Our client is one of the UKs leading drinks wholesalers, supplying beverages to thousands of venues across the countryfrom luxury hotels and high-profile event spaces to independent restaurants and community pubs. With over 200 years of industry experience, they offer deep market insight and a strong commitment to service excellence.
The Role
As a Class 2 Multi-Drop Driver, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of drinks products to commercial customers. Working alongside a Drivers Mate, you will ensure each order is delivered safely, efficiently, and with a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and safety inspections
- Secure and check orders before departure
- Communicate route details and order information with your Drivers Mate
- Deliver to customer premises, unloading stock as required
- Collect empty kegs, pallets, and returns
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
- Complete all relevant paperwork and electronic POD tasks
- Liaise with the Transport Management team regarding delays or vehicle issues
- Comply with all Tachograph and driving legislation
About You
- Minimum of 3 years commercial driving experience, including at least 2 years as a Class 2 driver
- Hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence and CPC qualification
- Strong geographical knowledge of the local area
- Experience with multi-drop deliveries preferred
- Committed to excellent customer service and professional conduct
- Willing to undergo DVLA licence checks
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday (some weekend work required during peak periods such as Christmas and major events)
- Typical hours: 5:00am 2:00pm (early finish possible when deliveries are completed)
