We are recruiting for a PDP (Pre Delivery Preparation) Inspector to join Team Swift! You will be responsible for inspecting all of our products to ensure they meet the agreed quality standards before they are delivered to our clients. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong attention to detail, be passionate about quality and have the confidence to challenge when necessary. You will have the opportunity to be part of the growing popularity of the British staycation and work within a fast-paced, dynamic, modern environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out daily inspections of products post production
- Ensuring products meet the agreed quality standard and dispatch targets
- Proactively contribute to improvement initiatives and campaigns
- Challenge any poor practice in assembly or defective products in process and seek an immediate resolution with the team
- Actively seek to monitor and ensure process compliance and offer suggestions for improvements
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and Quality Systems
- Build working relationships across all areas of the business
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience of quality systems in a manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of quality standards and procedures
- Previous experience in Inspection or Quality Control
- Excellent attention to detail
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's or above
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office applications
- Good interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail
