You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, dealers, test facilities and legislative bodies to ensure our products continue to meet the highest standards of quality, performance and innovation.

What you'll be doing
As a Project Engineer, you will
- Take ownership of engineering designs from concept through to production.
- Develop innovative, robust and cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Produce high-quality 3D CAD models, detailed engineering drawings and supporting technical documentation.
- Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), component specifications and engineering data.
- Prepare engineering documentation, including SES, SQR and CER documentation.
- Specify suitable materials and components with consideration for quality, cost, reliability and functionality.
- Support product testing by preparing test specifications and overseeing test activities where required.
- Work collaboratively with suppliers, partners, test facilities and regulatory bodies.
- Support the Technical Support Team by providing engineering expertise and assisting with customer and dealer enquiries.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical reports when required.
- Apply engineering best practice, including D-FMEA, FEA, risk analysis and continuous improvement techniques.
About you
We're looking for someone who has
- A degree in Engineering (minimum requirement).
- At least five years' experience in a design engineering role.
- Experience using 3D CAD software, ideally Pro/ENGINEER (Creo).
- Knowledge of engineering tools such as FMEA, FEA and risk analysis.
- Experience producing detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- A strong understanding of engineering materials and their applications.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tooling (desirable).
- Awareness of new engineering technologies, materials and weight-saving techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with experience of working across cross-functional teams and alongside suppliers.
