Manufacturing Technicians – Caravan Manufacturing Team
Swift is recruiting Manufacturing Technicians to join our production teams across a range of departments, including Machine Shop, Bonding Line, Edge-banding, Jig Shop, and CNC. You will be involved in the manufacture of components used in the caravan build process, working to standardised procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, modern manufacturing environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manufacturing components in line with work instructions and production targets
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Operating manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
- Working as part of a team to support efficient production
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
