Reporting to the Dealer Support Manager, you will play a key role within the Customer Experience team, supporting warranty administration and delivering excellent aftersales service to dealers, parks, and customers. This is a fast-paced, varied position requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
Key Responsibilities- Process warranty claims across all product lines
- Provide aftersales support to dealers, parks, and customers
- Respond to general customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and update supplier referrals, escalating issues where necessary
- Provide administrative support to approved repairers and dealer networks
- Manage administration of the My Swift Life portal, including second owner warranty activation
- Support the wider team, including covering colleagues during absence or holidays
- Contribute positively to team culture and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety requirements
