We are looking for a thorough, responsible caravan detailer to join our pre delivery preparation department (PDP) who will adhere to provide quality cleaning services to our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the motorhomes, holiday homes and tourers are in an immaculate condition, before they are dispatched to our customers. The Caravan Detailer will clean vehicles according to company standards performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing exteriors, vacuuming, and cleaning interiors. You should possess strong customer service and communication skills, be committed to providing excellent service to customers, and be detail-oriented. Although training will be provided, you will need to have a proactive approach to work and be able to work well under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company Quality standards
- Moving leisure vehicles, either manually, with a mover, or driving depending on the product
- Perform pre inspections of the product
- Reporting to Master Technician
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable
- Ability to work to targets and tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and maintaining high levels of quality
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage with colleagues & customers
- Practical problem solving skills
- Is flexible and is able to embrace and cope with change and accepts accountability
- Driven by continuous improvement
- Is resilient and tenacious
- Clean driving licence required, ideally with the additional category to drive vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes, but this is not essential
