We are now looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team and support the Head of Marketing across a broad range of exciting campaigns, events and brand initiatives.

The Role

As Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, development and delivery of Swift's marketing activity across the business. This is a varied, hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with the wider Marketing team, Holiday Home Sales and Product Development teams, dealerships, holiday parks, external agencies and industry contacts to help strengthen the Swift brand and support sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and Swift-branded initiatives.
  • Developing and executing marketing activity for Swift Holiday Homes.
  • Creating and coordinating marketing collateral for new seasons and product launches, including brochures, point‑of‑sale materials, event displays and show offer materials.
  • Supporting and coordinating exhibitions, events and trade shows, including preparation of materials and displays.
  • Preparing clear marketing briefs for internal teams and external agencies.
  • Ensuring all marketing activity adheres to Swift's brand guidelines.
  • Providing marketing support to dealerships and holiday parks to increase brand awareness and support sales.
  • Writing engaging copy for a range of marketing materials, including press releases, banners, leaflets, brochures and video scripts.
  • Planning and coordinating photography and video shoots.
  • Liaising with industry journalists and organising press visits.
  • Coordinating print and digital advertising bookings and ensuring marketing collateral is supplied on time.
  • Managing social media platforms and creating and scheduling engaging content to increase reach and engagement.
  • Working closely with the Website Manager to update website content and support improvements to the website.
  • Briefing and creating email marketing templates, developing appropriate content and messaging for different audiences.
  • Responding to enquiries from dealers and retail customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supporting the organisation and maintenance of marketing stores and materials, including preparing props and displays for major shows.
  • Providing general marketing and administrative support, including distributing marketing materials to key accounts.
  • Supporting other marketing projects and duties as required by the Head of Marketing.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated and organised individual who enjoys working as part of a team and is willing to take on new challenges. You will ideally have:

  • At least one year's commercial experience in marketing, events or a related environment.
  • Experience in brand marketing, event management and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative approach with the ability to produce engaging marketing content.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, dealerships, suppliers and external agencies.
  • A full, valid UK driving licence.

What We're Looking For

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing career within a well‑established and highly recognised UK brand. You'll need to be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change and several projects may be running at the same time. You should be proactive, commercially aware and confident communicating with a wide range of people. The role will involve travel across the UK to support events, exhibitions and dealer visits, with occasional overnight stays required.

Why Join Swift?

You'll be joining a market‑leading UK manufacturer with a strong heritage and an exciting portfolio of leisure vehicles. This is a varied role where you'll have the opportunity to gain experience across brand marketing, digital marketing, social media, events, PR, content creation and product marketing, working alongside an experienced Marketing team.
