Composites Production Support (Day Shift)
Join us at Swift Group Limited as a Composites Production Support worker in our award‑winning caravan manufacturing department. You will work as part of a team to load products into the trimming department, following instructions to keep the shop on schedule. We value punctuality, reliability, and trustworthiness.
You will need to be energetic, professional, and a good communicator, able to understand and carry out instructions promptly. Training will be provided, and employees who succeed and show a willingness to learn can progress into higher‑paid multi‑skilled roles.
Duties & Responsibilities
- General housekeeping duties.
- Use of hand tools.
- Identify laminating defects.
- Basic housekeeping duties.
- Correct use of PPE.
- Be accountable for your own work.
Required Key Skills & Qualifications
- Must be reliable and punctual as part of team working.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Good team player and excellent communicator.
- Understanding of composites is an advantage; training will be given.
- Understanding of quality processes is an advantage; training will be given.
