Composites Production Support (Day Shift)

Join us at Swift Group Limited as a Composites Production Support worker in our award‑winning caravan manufacturing department. You will work as part of a team to load products into the trimming department, following instructions to keep the shop on schedule. We value punctuality, reliability, and trustworthiness.

You will need to be energetic, professional, and a good communicator, able to understand and carry out instructions promptly. Training will be provided, and employees who succeed and show a willingness to learn can progress into higher‑paid multi‑skilled roles.

Duties & Responsibilities

• General housekeeping duties.
• Use of hand tools.
• Identify laminating defects.
• Basic housekeeping duties.
• Correct use of PPE.
• Be accountable for your own work.

Required Key Skills & Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual as part of team working.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Good team player and excellent communicator.
• Understanding of composites is an advantage; training will be given.
• Understanding of quality processes is an advantage; training will be given.
• Be willing to listen and learn to excel in this role.
• Ability to follow Safe System of Work.
• Good work ethic and a safety‑first attitude.

All training will be given in the role and additional training will be available for the right candidates.
