Swift Education is looking for an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join a specialist Secondary SEN School in Bethnal Green. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with secondary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs in a supportive and well-resourced specialist setting.

The Role:

  • Teaching secondary-aged pupils with SEN
  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
  • Working closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff
  • Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

We're looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • SEN teaching experience is highly desirable
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
  • A patient, adaptable, and positive approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
