Swift Clean handyman is seeking a Janitorial Team Leader to join our team and be assigned in Burlington, ON. We have been maintaining commercial, industrial, educational, and other locations since 2019.
Position details:
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
- Pay: $18.50–$19.00 per hour with potential wage increase and health benefits after probation.
Responsibilities:
- Complete various cleaning tasks: touchpoint disinfection, dusting, sweeping, mopping.
- Operate auto scrubber/Zamboni and move furniture as needed.
- Clean in all areas (washrooms, offices, common areas, lunchrooms, etc.).
- Empty waste containers; maintain site security, locking up, and setting the alarm.
- Floor maintenance including stripping and waxing floors (seasonal).
- Work with minimal supervision and collaborate with staff and supervisor.
- Additional tasks as required.
Job Information:
- Wage: $18.50–$19.00 per hour.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (8 hours).
- Location: Burlington, ON.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Background check: Must pass a police background check.
Qualifications:
- Must be legally able to work in Canada or have a Canadian work permit.
- Experience: Cleaning 3+ years; Stripping and waxing floors 1+ year (required).
