Cleaning Supervisor / Team Lead – Lakeshore Swift Clean Handyman, Burlington, ON L7M 1S8
Pay: $19–$23 an hour • Job type: Full-time
Mon to Fri schedule; location: Burlington, ON L7M 1S8.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead cleaning teams in residential and commercial settings.
- Ensure high standards of cleaning using our PURE cleaning system and non-toxic products.
- Coordinate daily duties, scheduling, and on-site operations to meet client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members; maintain safety and quality controls.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required).
- Experience: Experience in cleaning is preferred but not required; ability to manage time effectively; capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Languages: English (required).
- Skills: Time management, organizational skills, communication, and custodial experience; residential and/or commercial cleaning.
