Swift Childcare is seeking an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to maintain and continually improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment across Early Years apprenticeships.
The IQA will work with Assessors, Tutors and the Quality Team to ensure consistent, compliant assessment and outstanding learner outcomes.
You will coach colleagues, deliver standardisation sessions and support external quality assurance visits while upholding safeguarding and ESFA funding rules.
