Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Intake Consultant role located in Birmingham. The Intake Consultant will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new apprentices, including managing applications, conducting candidate assessments, screening interviews, and ensuring full compliance of learners.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, data entry, and organizing documentation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively
- Experience or knowledge in recruitment, apprenticeship programs, or onboarding processes
- Familiarity with UK apprenticeship standards and frameworks is an advantage
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Location: Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, 4 days a week; remote 1 day a week
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8.30-5pm, Friday 8.30-4pm
Salary: £26,000 per annum plus performance related bonus
