We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join the Eastern County Care team.
This is an exciting opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities across our residential services, helping teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that improves quality of life and reduces restrictive practices.
Promoting Quality of Life Ensure the voice of each adult remains central to all assessment, planning and support activity.
Inspire and support teams to reduce restrictive practices through proactive strategies and meaningful quality of life outcomes.
Build effective working relationships with colleagues, families and external professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for adults.
Support PBS Coaches and teams to capture, review and evidence outcomes in ways that contribute to organisational learning and good practice.
Values Led Eastern County Care values in everyday practice and ensure support for individuals and teams remains values led.
