From birth, babies are active learners, investigating the sights, sounds, and feel of the world. They explore the world with their senses as they develop. At Dreams 4 U Nursery we provide babies with a safe world and opportunities to actively explore and develop the three prime areas: Communication and Language, Physical Development, Personal, Social and Emotional Development. By age two‑three, children move from total dependence to a more independent, mobile preschool experience, building communication skills, independence and self‑regulation. We focus on a balanced program that strengthens Communication and Language, Physical Development, Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Literacy, Mathematics, Understanding the World, and Expressive Arts and Design before they start reception.
Responsibilities
- Work towards Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship.
- Support the development of the childcare provision.
- Provide an excellent range of activities that ensure children learn while having fun.
- Be a team player.
- Provide challenging and stimulating activities for all children.
- Participate in First‑Aid training as required.
- Ensure equal opportunity in delivery, access and attitude in all aspects of service delivery.
- Work with teams across the nursery setting.

- Prepare and maintain the environment and resources for the children.
- Prepare food for breakfast, snack and afternoon tea.
- Support children’s self‑help needs.

Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship
Your apprenticeship will last 14 months. You will be supported by Lead Support Coaches and a mentor within the nursery. You will work full time in the nursery; classroom days are online as a remote session and you must be fully available for them. The main childcare work will take place in a local nursery. You must have Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4 or above, or equivalent Functional Skills Level 2, and have lived in the UK for at least three years to be eligible.
