Start your childcare career with a paid Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship based in Haringey
As an Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced nursery practitioners while completing your nationally recognised Level 3 qualification. You'll support the delivery of high-quality care and education for young children, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children's learning through play-based activities
Assisting with daily routines, including meals, personal care and outdoor play
Promoting children's social, emotional and physical development
Maintaining a safe, clean and engaging nursery environment
Learning to observe, assess and record children's progress
Working as part of a supportive nursery team while completing your apprenticeship training

Qualifications and experience:
No previous childcare qualification is required
Previous experience with children (through work, volunteering or family) is beneficial but not essential
Must be willing to complete the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship
GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) are desirable but not essential, as Functional Skills support can be provided where required
