We are offering a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship at a friendly nursery. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn, gain practical nursery experience and work towards a nationally recognised childcare qualification. You will be supported by an experienced nursery team, including a dedicated in-setting mentor and professional training coaches. No previous nursery experience is required – just enthusiasm, reliability and a passion for working with children.
What You Will Do
- Support children's learning and development through play-based activities
- Help maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment
- Assist with daily routines including learning, meals and playtime
- Work as part of the nursery team while promoting safeguarding and diversity
- Participate in training, including Paediatric First Aid where required
Eligibility Requirements
- Hold GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above, or Functional Skills Level 2
- Have lived in the UK for at least 3 years due to apprenticeship funding rules
Training and Career Development
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
- Online remote learning sessions
