The Role
We're looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in the Logistics and Supply Chain sector to join us at an important stage of our growth. This is a senior, autonomous role for someone who already knows this market well. You'll bring an established network and the instinct to spot and win new business, while delivering the consultative service that turns a first placement into a lasting client relationship. You'll have the freedom to run your desk as if it were your own, backed by a team and a set of tools designed to take the friction out of your day so you can focus on what you do best.

For an exceptional candidate where regular travel to Shropshire isn't practical, we're also open to a remote arrangement with occasional visits to base.
