We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Assistant to join Switch and work across our portfolio of business brands. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to get stuck into every area of marketing — social media campaigns, podcasting, video content, outreach and brand engagement — and genuinely put their own stamp on how our brands show up in the world.
You'll work closely with the founders to plan and execute multiple projects across several brands at once, so organisation and the ability to deliver are key. We'll give you all the tools you need to succeed — what we're really after is someone keen to learn, self-sufficient, and passionate about marketing.
What you'll be doing:
- Social media management — planning, creating and running campaigns across our brands
- Video content creation — filming and editing engaging content
- Podcast set-up and editing
- SEO — improving visibility and reach
- Outreach and brand engagement to grow brand awareness
What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for marketing and the drive to learn quickly
- Some existing knowledge or capability in content editing and marketing (you don't need to be an expert in everything)
- Self-sufficient, organised and able to juggle multiple projects
- A creative thinker who wants ownership of brand awareness
- Comfortable working both in our Shrewsbury office and on location at events, including some evening work
