Well-established global organisation looking for a hands-on support analyst to own BAU support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or Business Central and keep the system running smoothly.
What You’ll Do (Support Focus)
- Own helpdesk tickets end-to-end, ensuring fast, high-quality resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve 1st/2nd line issues in NAV / Business Central
- Support users across finance and operational processes
- Investigate data and process issues, identify root cause, and fix or escalate
- Work closely with stakeholders, translating business problems into system actions
- Create user documentation and deliver training to reduce repeat issues
Requirements
- 2+ years supporting NAV (Navision) and/or Business Central
- Can run BAU support independently
- Strong communication, takes ownership, follows issues through to closure
